Natural urges are specific sensations produced in the body. Some urges are controllable and some are not supposed to be controlled. Basically these urges are of two types. There are urges of the body and there are urges of the mind. It is considered that the urges related with the body are supposed not to be controlled and those related with the mind should be controlled for the betterment of the health.
